  • Drive account growth for local accounts, within define account territory

  • Understand and assess and develop plans for areas for growth (cross-sell/up-sell/new customers) within identified opportunity categories and share insights with sales team
  • Target and build relationships with existing clients and potential clients within the local market
  • Create  proposals after  gaining a complete understanding of the client’s needs through a CIA
  • Communicate the ROI of the solution and educate the client on the solution, as needed
  • Actively manage relationship to ensure client satisfaction and identify follow-up opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell
  • Manage and update pipeline to ensure goals are achieved and prospects are actively pursued



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.  Position requires at least 3-5 years experience in sales; preferably in media sales management.  The ideal candidate will have proven track record of of surpassing sales goals and the ability to manage a geographic terriroy.  The ability to multi-task and thrive in a highly collaborative enviornment.  Self-motivated with strong work ethics.  Must have strong oral and written communication skills as well as provide excellent customer service.  


Salary Range:        Salary dependent upon relevant education and experience
